Protection

Our Thunder 360 Turnout Sheet features a waterproof and breathable 1680 denier outer. The included removable neck cover has no fill but is made from the same 1680 denier outer for an added layer of protection when you need it. An extra-large tail flap and longer drop provide full coverage against chilly wind or dropping evening temperatures. The 210 denier smooth taffeta lining and fleece insert at the withers are helpful in preventing rubs.

Durability

Turnout blankets must stand up to everything horses can dole out. With ballistic 1680 denier outer fabric combined with high tensile strength fray proof surcingles, riveted buckle holes and stainless steel surcingle hardware and leg strap snaps, you can feel confident in your purchase. Plastic coating on the removable tail cord makes it easy-care and extends its life.

Comfort

Our Thunder 360 Turnout Sheet is designed with your horse’s comfort in mind. A little extra room in the pattern through the shoulders means this turnout fits more horses comfortably and the extended shoulder gusset allows your horse an even greater range of motion, whether playing in the paddock or laying down. You can further customize the fit for your horse’s comfort with the quick-change front system. Adjust the buckles once and then simply use the quick snap change snaps after that. Easy even if with gloves! Adjustable and removable leg straps with elastic inserts can be fit however they work best for your horse. The hook and loop attachment system on the removable neck cover has no metal pieces that can pinch, poke or rub your horse while they graze or lay down.

Visibility

Reflective stitching on the binding, reflective strips on the tail flaps and reflective Equinavia logo horse heads inside the gusset combine to make the Thunder 360 Turnout easier to see as daylight hours gets shorter.
