Returns/Exchanges/Cancellations and Damaged Items

Exchanges: The buyer will pay for return shipping.  The the shipping costs on the original order will be the buyers responsibility, but the replacement item will be shipped free of charge!  Exchanges must meet the terms under Returns.  We do not charge a restock fee for exchanges.

Returns: We want you to be happy!  We offer a 2 week money back guarantee provided the following:

  • All Items must be shipped back within 2 weeks from delivery.
  • Shipping: Shipping costs from the original order are non-refundable, even if a discount code was used for free shipping.
  • RMA#: Contact us to get your RMA# before shipping. We will give you instructions and let you know where to send your items. Call us at (800) 908-4130 or email us at:
  • Shipping:  Return shipping is always the customer’s responsibility and is non-refundable.
  • Restock Fee: There is a 10% restock fee on returned items, however,  if you do an exchange for an item of equal or greater value, we will not charge the restock fee AND we will pay for the shipping of your exchange anywhere in the lower 48 States!
  • Condition: Unused items will contain no scuffs, scratches, dirt, or horse hair with the original packaging and tags included.
    Boots will be returned in the original boot box, with no scuffs or scratches and be in new condition with the original labels and tags.  There will no tape or shipping labels on the boot box.

Cancellations: Cancellations: Special order or back-ordered saddles will have a 5% cancellation fee if cancelled after 1 week of ordering. If an item other than a saddle is ordered, we will attempt to contact the customer and ask if they are willing to wait for it. If the customer is willing to wait, they may change their mind within 1 week after the original order with no penalty. If the customer cancels the order after a week, but less that 90 days after the original order, then a 5% cancellation penalty will be deducted from the refund. If the backordered item is still not available after 90 days, then a full refund will be given to the customer.

Damaged Items: Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery.  If your item(s) do arrived damaged, please follow the procedure for returns and send photos to We will replace the item with the exact same model number, color and size. Shipping for damaged items may or may not be covered by the manufacturer.
