Exchanges: The buyer will pay for return shipping, but the replacement item will be shipped free of charge! Exchanges must meet the terms under Returns. We do not charge a restock fee for exchanges.
Returns: The buyer will be responsible for return shipping costs and a $20 re-stocking fee for tack, and a 5% restocking fee for saddles.

Time: All returns must be shipped back within 2 weeks from delivery.
Restock Fee: There is a $20 restock fee, unless it is an exchange. There is a 5% restocking fee for all saddles.
New Condition: The item must be unused, and in clean, new condition with no scratches, scuffs or other marks of wear. The item must be returned with its original packaging and tags.
Cancellations: If a special order or backordered item is purchased, there is no cancellation fee for 1 week after the order. If the item is cancelled after 1 week, then a 10% cancellation fee will be incurred. If the item has shipped, then the return policy will apply.
Damages: Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) do arrived damaged, please send photos to email@example.com and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf.
