The adjustable gullet is revolutionary for fitting your horse. With a simple turn of an Allen Wrench, the gullet can go narrower or wider. This can be a life safer when your horse looses weight, increases muscle mass, or matures with age. It also makes it possible to use the same saddle on various horses.
